I serve real estate professionals throughout Tuolumne County and the surrounding foothills. I deliver with fast turnaround (typically by the end of the next day for standard properties) so your listings go live without delay. Every shoot reflects consistent quality and attention to detail - because how a property is presented online directly affects how quickly it sells.

Interior Photography
Beautiful, inviting interior photos significantly enhance a property's appeal. Using professional-level techniques such as "flambient" (a blend of flash and ambient lighting), I strive to present interiors authentically, capturing spaces with clarity, and attention to detail. My goal is to help potential buyers visualize themselves in the home and inspire genuine interest.
Exterior Photography
Exterior photographs showcase curb appeal and highlight both architectural features and the overall character of the property. I create well-lit, carefully composed images that present each home in a way that feels natural and engaging. I use thoughtful technique and composition to ensure every exterior shot reflects the property's best features.
Aerial Photography
Aerial photography adds a dynamic perspective that ground-level shots can't achieve. Drone images highlight a property's full scope, its surroundings, and proximity to nearby features in ways that help listings stand out. I hold an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certificate and use professional equipment to deliver clear, well-composed aerial shots that give buyers the bigger picture.
360 Virtual Tours
360° virtual tours give prospective buyers the ability to explore a property at their own pace, anytime and from anywhere. These immersive, interactive tours allow buyers to move through each room and get a real sense of space and layout - something still photos alone can't convey. Unlike automated tour systems, I carefully configure and refine each tour to ensure smooth navigation and optimized visuals that reflect the property at its best.
Virtual Staging
I digitally furnish and decorate select rooms in your listing photos so buyers can see each space's full potential - without the cost or hassle of physical staging. Using professional virtual staging software, I carefully compose each scene to ensure furnishings look natural, proportional, and appealing rather than generic or artificial. Images altered in this way will be marked with a "Virtually Staged" label to ensure compliance with California AB 723.
Floor Plans
Floor plans provide essential context by giving buyers a clear sense of layout and flow. I offer clear floor plan graphics produced from an on-site scan for an accurate, well-labeled representation of the property's layout. These visuals help prospective buyers understand how a space connects and whether it fits their needs. Paired with your listing photos and virtual tour, a floor plan gives buyers a more complete picture of the property.
